You'll build MarTech systems for Dressly, a fashion tech startup growing 4x in six months. You'll own end-to-end development of internal platforms and integrate Generative AI pipelines to automate ad creative generation. This role offers early-stage impact and close collaboration with founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end MarTech solutions from scratch
• Build Generative AI pipelines for automated ad creatives
• Architect big data collection and processing systems
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development with JavaScript (Node.js)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Production monitoring and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Engineering mindset, not just framework usage

• Experience with Python or Go
• AI assisted coding and AI agents in production
• Workflow orchestration with n8n or similar
