💼 About This Role

You'll lead efforts to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical web applications on AWS and Mulesoft. You'll manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions for a global production team. This role offers the chance to expand Splunk functionality for AI-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot production web applications on AWS/Mulesoft
• Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Create dashboards and metrics for visibility and performance
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support
• Proficiency with observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes
• Background in DevOps and scripting (Python preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• ITIL Foundation, AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
• Experience with Mulesoft, Postman, and API testing
