You'll lead engineering, ML/DS, and analytics teams at a venture-backed logistics tech startup building a real-time transportation visibility platform for global supply chains. You'll drive scalable architecture and ensure AI capabilities translate into measurable business impact. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic direction, working closely with the CEO and product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define scalable architecture and ensure reliability, performance, and security
• Lead ML/DS and analytics strategy to drive product competitive advantage
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor and develop engineering, ML, and analytics teams to raise technical bar

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, data, or ML environments
• Experience leading technical teams in a startup or product-driven B2B SaaS company
• Track record building and scaling production AI/ML systems
• Experience with distributed systems, real-time data, and cloud infrastructure
