You will steward client relationships at the intersection of creativity and technology, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project delivery for digital content, video still production, landing pages, and e-commerce projects. You'll define project scope, track milestones, and manage budgets proactively to deliver great work.

Requirements

• 5+ years client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production
• Experience delivering large, multi-channel digital projects
• Strong conceptual skills with passion for digital platforms and content creation
• Proactive in identifying risks and driving cross-functional alignment
• Fluent in English and Japanese

• Ensure client satisfaction and team alignment on projects
• Review and define project scope to meet client brief and business objectives
