💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing engineering for Anduril's flagship factory (Arsenal-1) in Columbus, OH, overseeing new product introduction and high-volume production scaling. You'll drive operational excellence and innovate in digital manufacturing tools, automation, and DfM/DfA to enhance efficiency. • Develop and implement long-term manufacturing engineering strategy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years progressive experience in manufacturing engineering
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in NPI and scaling production for high-growth environments

• Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Familiarity with quality systems (ISO, FDA, AS9100)
• Experience with PLM, MES, and Test Execution Systems
