You'll own go-to-market design for decks, ads, landing pages, video, and sales collateral, and build AI-powered design systems like prompt libraries and asset pipelines. Your work directly shapes customer first impressions and enables one person to produce what used to take a team. This internship offers hands-on GenAI experience at a VC-backed fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design GTM collateral including decks, ads, web, video, and sales materials
• Build AI design stack: prompt libraries, variant generators, asset pipelines
• Partner with growth and sales teams to inform design decisions
• Ship quickly while maintaining quality and measuring impact

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio with clear design decisions and reasoning
• Awareness of post-ship performance and relevant metrics
• Existing AI-integrated workflow and considered view on AI
• Ability to move quickly without compromising quality

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
