💼 About This Role

You'll lead organic social strategy for Offchain Labs' product suite, including Arbitrum and Prysm. You'll translate complex blockchain developments into compelling narratives and drive cross-platform growth on X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role blends creative leadership with strategic brand stewardship in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative
• Translate complex technical developments into clear, credible stories
• Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Direct internal teams and agencies to produce high-fidelity assets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in social media marketing with direct Web3 experience
• Proven track record building and scaling social accounts (X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible content
• Experience managing and mentoring team members

• Strong understanding of key KOLs in blockchain ecosystem
• Experience with AI tools and automation for publishing workflows
• Experience with video, motion graphics, and technical visuals
