You'll manage a network of contract designers, ensuring quality and fostering connection. You'll partner with Client Strategy and Talent teams to support client engagements and designer success. This role offers remote flexibility within a supportive agency culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review design work and provide feedback for alignment.
• Onboard and support contract designers with context and guidance.
• Partner with Talent on sourcing, evaluation, and network planning.
• Advise on design staffing during sales conversations.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in digital product design.
• Experience mentoring or coaching designers.
• Experience in a digital agency or with contract designers.
• Understands how design quality impacts client trust.

• Familiarity with crypto or fintech domains.
• Experience with distributed team management.
• Portfolio review and interview participation experience.
