๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership, managing day-to-day worker support and coordinating onboarding and scheduling. You'll act as the face of Traba inside the facility, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers
- Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins
- Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
- Act as bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1โ2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in staffing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
