You'll serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership, managing day-to-day worker support and coordinating onboarding and scheduling. You'll act as the face of Traba inside the facility, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers
  • Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins
  • Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
  • Act as bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1โ€“2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in staffing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
