You'll prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush. Your work ensures our low-mileage, late-model cars meet our high standards. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime and final sand vehicles before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and airbrush
• Operate paint booth equipment safely
• Inspect finished paint quality

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional automotive painting experience
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certifications
• Previous work in high-volume production environment
