You'll build a global desk across UK, European, and US markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client development to candidate placement. This role offers uncapped commission and a clear progression path to Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build client base through business development and relationship management
• Win and manage client projects across your chosen market
• Headhunt and place high-quality candidates into specialist roles
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from qualification to offer

📋 Requirements

• 12+ months recruitment experience (360 or 180)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, target-focused mindset with clear financial goals
• Confidence, resilience, and proactive approach
