💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI Model LifeCycle team at Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You will own end-to-end training pipelines for large language models, including fine-tuning and reinforcement learning. This role offers the chance to build cutting-edge AI products for the world's most ambitious AI workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage fine-tuning systems for large foundation models
• Implement end-to-end training pipelines for LLMs
• Build reinforcement learning and distillation pipelines
• Oversee dataset, model, and experiment management

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years industry experience in AI
• Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Multimodal)
• Hands-on experience with RL and RFT for LLMs

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Machine Learning or related field
• Research publications at top ML conferences
• Proficiency in Golang or Python and PyTorch
