- Develop deep expertise across Talkdesk platform with focus on AI
- Design and deliver product technical training for AI platform adoption
- Provide integration architecture technical enablement
- Analyze existing functionality and identify AI-driven improvements
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in customer experience or contact center technology
- Experience enabling adoption of SaaS solutions including AI features
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making

- Experience in product management or solutions architecture in contact center
- Familiarity with data analysis for customer experience
