Description

You will identify operational inefficiencies and build AI-powered workflows and automations to reduce drag across the company. You'll partner with leaders in Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations to design and deploy scalable solutions, drive adoption, and help define how Mesh becomes an AI-first company.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in product, operations, technical program management, or solutions engineering
• Proven track record of identifying problems and building solutions in fast-paced environments
• Expert-level daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Experience building with LLM APIs, prompt design, and agent-based workflows
• Experience driving internal adoption of tools or systems

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact and scalability
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using custom code, APIs, and low-code platforms
• Drive adoption across teams through enablement and repeatable patterns
• Partner with leadership to align on priorities and communicate progress
• Establish measurement and accountability through success metrics and dashboards
