Description

You will serve as a cross-functional business partner supporting key strategic initiatives through revenue modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI evaluations, and market research. You will enhance existing analytical and reporting processes and deliver ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis and/or business intelligence
• Mobile games business experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including monthly KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and annual planning
• Partner with multiple functions to translate high-level input into strategic plans
• Drive annual budgeting cycle with trend analysis and cross-team collaboration
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and ad-hoc analysis
• Analyze data to identify key trends and explain monthly variances
