💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 5-8 Enterprise Sales Directors selling cybersecurity solutions across UK, Ireland & Nordics. You'll drive net new ARR and coach your team to success using MEDDPICC and other methodologies. This role offers the chance to shape the sales organization in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

• Generate net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
• Establish and run an efficient operating rhythm
• Lead a disciplined pipeline generation process

📋 Requirements

• Cybersecurity vendor experience
• Proven leadership in high-performing sales teams
• Knowledge of information security channel partners
• Enterprise client selling experience
