You'll lead public-facing engagements for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, driving community relations across key Southern California locations. Your work will directly shape the operational planning and delivery of the Games while building a lasting legacy. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact a world-class mega-event.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution and tracking of public-facing engagements and convenings
• Track KPIs to advance Community Engagement Strategy goals
• Aggregate historical engagement data to demonstrate positive impact
• Manage development of updates and reports for leadership
• Deliver oral and written internal communications including briefs and presentations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community relations, government relations, or public affairs
• 5+ years of management and project management experience with community engagement strategies
• Proven track record delivering strategies for large-scale projects like live events or capital construction
• Experience with public relations, corporate social responsibility, community affairs, or nonprofit sector
