As a Customer Success Manager at Okta, you will guide customers on their identity journey, driving product adoption, expansion, and mitigating churn. You'll build strategic success plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers achieve their goals with Okta's identity solutions.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric and proactive team player focused on driving customer loyalty
  • Experience in enterprise environments building trusted relationships at all levels
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and expansion through understanding customer outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers and projects
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customers' strategic direction
  • Take ownership of Book of Business, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities
  • Create strategic success plans aligned with customer goals and track progress
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and map organizational hierarchy
  • Deepen product knowledge through certifications and staying updated on solutions and roadmap
