💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to develop leadership skills in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
