💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer-facing implementations of Fivetran's data replication platform, working with diverse data sources and targets like Oracle, Snowflake, and Databricks. Your core impact is enabling customers to own their data pipelines through hands-on training and optimization. This role stands out for its focus on data movement at scale across complex enterprise environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead installation and setup of Fivetran products for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues including data validation.
• Optimize performance through database and environment tuning.
• Empower customer teams via hands-on training and detailed documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of customer-facing experience in data integration roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and command-line scripting.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (SSH, VPNs, PrivateLink).
• Experience with containerized environments like Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Fivetran or similar data replication tools.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated environments.
• Familiarity with open table formats such as Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
