You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline of customer success, troubleshooting technical challenges and ensuring seamless adoption of our SaaS solutions. You'll resolve incidents and collaborate with product teams to enhance the user experience. This fully remote role within EST hours offers exposure to a variety of technologies and the chance to work with global leaders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot incidents by collecting details, traces, and logs
- Communicate investigation progress and update CRM records
- Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
- Share best practices for Varicent product utilization
- Support KPI targets like SLA and QA
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher

- Experience with client server architecture
- Knowledge of web-based application troubleshooting
