You'll lead satellite development programs at Planet, a company that operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites. You'll drive cross-functional teams to deliver hardware systems from planning through launch, ensuring efficient execution across all program phases. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead satellite development programs from planning to launch
• Develop project schedules and track performance across phases
• Oversee execution of technical plans with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead manufacturing ramp programs into production

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 6+ years of program management in aerospace or manufacturing
• Experience managing external contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Ability to travel internationally to Europe

• Experience scaling satellite manufacturing systems
• Experience delivering hardware through NPI lifecycle
• Professional fluency in Swedish or German
