Description
You will drive professional services opportunities across the AMER region, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to develop, position, and sell services that deliver measurable customer outcomes. You'll own the end-to-end services sales process, lead discovery sessions, shape proposals, and collaborate on portfolio development.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of customer needs, solution scoping, and implementation strategies
- Experience as a Technology Services consultant
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into solution roadmaps
- Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations
- Collaboration with sales and delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process for Professional Services in AMER
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy to drive services bookings
- Partner with account executives and solution sales teams to close services opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions to align tailored services proposals with customer objectives
- Develop high-quality proposals and Statements of Work
