Description

You will lead complex, high-impact strategic opportunities for Hello Heart, driving end-to-end execution from problem definition through implementation. You'll own analytics, build project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes in areas like new market expansion and product commercialization.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) required
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to one
• Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills
• Experience working with or in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from problem definition through implementation
• Build clear project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Go deep into strategic challenges such as unlocking new markets or commercializing new product lines
• Own analytics including market sizing, policy analysis, forecasting, and pricing
• Define success upfront, establish and track KPIs and OKRs
