Description
You will partner with the Employer Partner Services team to build and deliver enablement programs, assess skill gaps, and drive strategic training initiatives that support client renewals and growth. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years enablement, technical account management, or customer success experience
- Experience working in enablement is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic direction and execution of multiple initiatives
- Experience in cross-functional environment with senior leadership
- Strong communication, facilitation, and content development skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic thought partner to Employer Partner Services team leaders for knowledge and skill training strategy
- Assess knowledge gaps, prioritize programs, and measure impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and implement global training programs
- Design enablement approaches for various roles and experience levels
- Deliver training and coaching plans, manage knowledge resources in Content Management System
