💼 About This Role

You'll join Akido's credentialing team to ensure providers are enrolled quickly with health plans. Your work keeps patient care uninterrupted by maintaining credentialing compliance and solving enrollment issues. This role offers the chance to build processes in a YC-backed healthcare AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete credentialing and enrollment applications for health plans.
• Follow up with health plans and hospitals on submitted applications.
• Resolve credentialing issues directly with IPAs and health plans.
• Maintain provider data and enrollment activities in MD Staff.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider credentialing.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA standards and payer requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience with credentialing software and databases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MD Staff or similar credentialing databases.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and hospital enrollment.
