You'll drive partner-led revenue through G-P's premier alliances as the vital bridge between G-P and partners. You'll integrate G-P's EOR offering into partner sales motions, positioning G-P as the indispensable global extension of partner services. This remote-first role offers the chance to shape global expansion strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and leverage a robust partner network for consistent lead flow
• Serve as subject matter expert for international expansion in assigned region
• Nurture relationships with partner leadership for executive buy-in
• Deliver high-energy training to sales teams on G-P value proposition

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of sales in partner-led or channel environment
• Experience with HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries
• Ability to drive execution through influence without direct authority
• Strong multi-stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
• Partner marketing experience including event planning and lead development
