Description

You will hunt net-new customers in the UpMarket segment (250-1000 employees) by managing complex sales cycles, building a robust pipeline, and articulating Brex's financial operating system value. You'll lead cross-functional teams and follow structured sales processes to close deals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B SaaS closing experience in net-new acquisition
  • 1+ year SDR/BDR experience
  • Process-oriented with structured sales methodology knowledge
  • Proven success in entrepreneurial environments
  • Ability to ramp and close first deal within 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Own deal cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and manage a multi-channel sales pipeline
  • Articulate value proposition and solve customer pain points
  • Follow structured sales processes (MEDDICC/MEDPICC)
  • Lead cross-functional teams (SCs, product, marketing)
