You'll lead B2B sales for a stablecoin infrastructure company, driving cross-border payment solutions. Your core impact is closing net-new customers and refining the sales engine. You'll work with a top-tier team backed by leading VCs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and close net-new B2B customers with cross-border payment needs.
- Maintain relationships and manage full sales cycle for fintech clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on cross-functional initiatives.
- Track sales activity in CRM and ensure pipeline accuracy.
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales or BD experience in fintech or crypto.
- Based in Mexico City or within 2 hours.
- Proven experience selling to fintechs, international businesses, or FX brokers.
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.

- Deep understanding of global fintech and crypto regulations.
- Proficient in Portuguese.
