💼 About This Role

You'll be the critical link between Cyvl's technology and New York City's most complex infrastructure agencies, turning an active NYC DOT contract into the largest account in our portfolio. You'll configure and prototype solutions using real LiDAR data and AI coding tools. This role blends enterprise account management with hands-on technical implementation to drive expansion revenue across NYC agencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the NYC account as primary point of contact across multiple agencies
  • Configure Cyvl's platform against real agency data and workflows
  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying new use cases and agencies
  • Build durable adoption by systematizing workflows and training users
  • Document the playbook for scaling to other enterprise accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client-facing technical role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Able to configure and demo software products independently
  • Comfortable prototyping with real data using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with government or municipal clients
  • Familiarity with GIS, geospatial data, LiDAR or infrastructure asset management
  • Track record of expanding an account, not just retaining it
