💼 About This Role

You'll build AI-powered internal tools and customer-facing growth surfaces for a stablecoin data platform, compressing GTM work and driving revenue. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and sales with high autonomy to ship fast. This role combines software engineering with growth and AI automation to replace manual processes with scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered GTM tools such as enrichment agents and call summarizers
• Create customer-facing growth surfaces like interactive demos and playgrounds
• Ship marketing engineering including landing pages and lifecycle emails
• Automate customer evaluation journeys with provisioning and ROI calculators
• Instrument analytics to measure growth impact and iterate

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end engineering across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Production experience with LLMs and AI tooling (Anthropic/OpenAI APIs)
• Fluency in TypeScript and Next.js or similar modern frameworks
• High autonomy to scope, ship, and measure without needing a PM

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior growth engineering or solutions engineering role
• Experience in fintech, payments, or stablecoins
• Shipped a side project or open-source library used by others
