You'll join a globally distributed engineering and support organization delivering enterprise-grade content management solutions. You'll serve as a key escalation point for advanced support issues involving WordPress ecosystems and platform scalability.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
- Investigate complex issues with WordPress apps, plugins, themes, and APIs.
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
- Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and security.
๐ Requirements
- WordPress experience with themes, plugins, hooks, filters, and WP-CLI.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for debugging.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies.
- Experience with enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments.
