You'll join a globally distributed engineering and support organization delivering enterprise-grade content management solutions. You'll serve as a key escalation point for advanced support issues involving WordPress ecosystems and platform scalability.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
  • Investigate complex issues with WordPress apps, plugins, themes, and APIs.
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and security.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress experience with themes, plugins, hooks, filters, and WP-CLI.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for debugging.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies.
  • Experience with enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments.
