Description

You will drive technical alignment, integration stability, and deployment readiness with mobile network operator (MNO) partners across North America. This role involves leading partner-facing technical operations across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS systems, coordinating internal teams, and managing partner escalations to support regional launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-8 years experience in telecom integration, partner technical operations, solution engineering, or network deployment
• Experience working with mobile network operators or telecom vendors in North America
• Proven experience coordinating multi-market technical readiness or integration programs
• Preferred: experience with satellite-enabled network integrations or multi-vendor environments

Responsibilities

• Lead partner technical operations and integration readiness across satellite RAN, core, gateway, and BPMS
• Validate interface behavior, interoperability, and KPIs across diverse partner network environments
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, deployment, and planning teams to align regional partner requirements
• Define, track, and publish readiness KPIs aligned to regional market conditions and milestones
• Act as primary escalation point for partner-related technical issues and support incident resolution
