Description

You will lead analytics for Carvana's B2B marketplace division, designing and scaling digital marketing across web, app, email, SMS, and push. Your work will directly impact wholesale business metrics by making it easier for customers to engage and transact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking
  • Experience with SQL; Tableau/Python strongly preferred
  • Experience leading and managing teams of analysts
  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, engineering, CS, or business analytics
  • 2-3 years post-MBA experience in management consulting, strategy, or P&L ownership

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of marketing budget and own P&L for multiple channels
  • Design and execute A/B tests on marketing channels and creative elements
  • Manage and mentor junior quantitative marketing team members
  • Analyze large datasets in SQL, Excel, Python to monitor campaign performance
  • Build dashboards in Tableau/Excel and update executive team on performance
