You'll serve as the operational bridge between regional General Managers and Dandy's U.S.-based creative team, managing the intake, localization, and delivery of creative assets for international markets. Your core impact will be ensuring campaigns and messaging are properly localized and delivered efficiently across markets. This role offers the chance to build scalable processes for global creative production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound creative and marketing requests from regional General Managers.
• Coordinate localization of campaigns and marketing assets for international markets.
• Run localization workflows using translation and localization tools.
• Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple markets.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in creative project management, marketing operations, or localization program management.
• Proven experience managing complex creative or marketing projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with localization workflows or tools (Asana, Acolad, Figma, Google Suite).
• Experience managing workstreams involving regional adaptation of marketing assets.
