• Provide instructional coaching to teachers to improve scholar achievement
• Manage student disciplinary issues and organize school-wide events
• Implement procedures for instructional programs, extracurriculars, and discipline

• Manage civic coordinator and collaborate on civic engagement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 4 years of highly effective teaching experience
• Experience leading or coaching adults in a school leadership role
• Track record of raising student achievement
