💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the accountability engine for a portfolio of three businesses, building KPI dashboards and ensuring operators hit commitments without micromanagement. Your core impact is making progress and problems visible across the portfolio. This fully remote role requires overlapping US Eastern working hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and operating scorecards
• Monitor lead flow, sales KPIs, and project milestones; flag risks early
• Run weekly accountability cadence with operators and partners
• Drive process consistency for scripts, CRM, and follow-up standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Operations or Chief of Staff-style roles with KPI ownership
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and enforcing performance cadence
• Strong process documentation skills (SOPs, playbooks, workflow diagrams)
• Project management mastery in ClickUp/Asana with multi-stakeholder execution

• Experience in home services, lead-gen businesses, or sales ops environments
• Familiarity with real estate development milestone tracking or investor reporting
• Automation experience with Zapier/Make and AI-powered SOP/report creation
