💼 About This Role

You'll support travelers on the Navan platform, resolving issues and empowering self-service. As a frontline team member, you'll provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve systems and traveler experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Manage hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
• Guide customers in self-service options on Navan platform
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers and systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, hotel
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Fluency in English and German

• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
