💼 About This Role

You'll lead the mobile and web applications for autonomous fleet management at Agtonomy, partnering with Product, Design, Autonomy, and Backend teams. Your work turns complex real-world workflows into polished, intuitive user experiences for operators and customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll scale teams and ship quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mobile and web applications for operators, customers, and internal users.
• Scale user interfaces for fleet monitoring, mission planning, and telemetry.
• Partner with Cloud/Backend teams on API design and integration patterns.
• Raise UX quality standards across all application surfaces.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with deep experience building high-quality web/mobile products.
• Proven track record shipping polished customer-facing applications backed by modern APIs.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing application engineering teams.
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with connected devices, robotics, IoT, or industrial automation.
• Background in telemetry, real-time status, alerts, and operational workflows.
• Experience in consumer or high-quality B2B product environments with UX polish.
