You'll shape talent strategies and manage full-cycle recruitment for our Student Impact teams, building hiring processes from the ground up. You'll ensure a structured approach to quality hiring and champion the candidate experience to attract top-tier talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring teams to design forward-thinking recruiting strategies
• Develop teams' recruiting capabilities and confidence in assessing talent
• Guide managers through a structured hiring process
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA degree
• 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or corporate roles
• Experience in high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency in Ashby or similar ATS

• Experience building pipelines from scratch
• Familiarity with compliance and candidate experience best practices
