You'll manage a portfolio of salon clients, driving adoption of FreshaPay and optimizing their use of the platform. Your impact will be maximizing client revenue through tailored consultation. This role stands out for working in a hyper-growth startup with a global beauty tech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on Fresha platform value.
• Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to FreshaPay.
• Help salons optimize profiles and maximize revenue using Fresha tools.
• Manage client portfolio and provide tailored consultation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Manager experience.
• Fluency in Chinese and Spanish or Italian or Portuguese.
• Experience analyzing data and reports to improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations via Google Meet.
