You'll develop an ML-based online advertising platform for Moloco's rapidly growing retail media industry, designing and optimizing data infrastructure and pipelines. Your core impact will be building robust, scalable solutions that power data-driven products. This role offers the opportunity to tech lead a small team on high-impact projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop complex data pipelines and ETL processes
• Improve cost effectiveness of data pipelines, storage, and databases
• Design and implement data quality and governance processes
• Enhance system scalability, availability, and performance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience using modern languages like Java, C#, Go, C++, Python
• Experience with computer systems architecture, operating systems, or distributed systems
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or equivalent on-premise systems
• Experience with data modeling, analytics, data management, or big data processing/MapReduce

• Deep, hands-on experience in ads infrastructure (bidding, pacing, budget optimization, or measurement) at large revenue scale
