Description

You will lead a team of tooling engineers delivering solutions for rocket production, define and execute long-term tooling strategy, and oversee design and fabrication of complex tooling systems. You'll partner with design and manufacturing teams to ensure tooling readiness for new product introductions.

• Experience leading tooling engineering teams
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex tooling systems
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to align priorities across multiple functions
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry preferred
