💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day activities for the OD2A program, overseeing a team and coordinating with stakeholders. You'll lead project implementation and support overdose prevention efforts across jurisdictions. This role offers the chance to impact public health at the national level.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement project management systems and processes.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders for efficient program implementation.
• Manage up to 60 field employees across the nation.
• Prepare and submit narrative and financial reports to donors.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of public health experience at national, state, or local level.
• Specialized knowledge of overdose prevention, surveillance, and response.
• Experience in project management within public health or nonprofit.

✨ Nice to Have

• Philanthropic, nonprofit, or government leadership experience.
• Experience in program evaluation including logic model development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
