• Handle inbound/outbound calls for flight inquiries and bookings
• Provide fare quotes, schedules, and best travel options
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using GDS
• Upsell seats, baggage, meals, insurance, and other travel add-ons

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or call center operations
• Knowledge of GDS systems preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
