🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion clean code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns
• Oversee software delivery from ideation to production
• Advocate for continuous delivery practices
• Design solutions within constraints and make pragmatic tradeoffs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience
• Well-versed in .NET, React, and AWS
• Led software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous Delivery
• Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation

• Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Experience with functional programming paradigms, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering
