You'll lead customer implementation engagements and drive time-to-value for clients. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful onboarding. This role offers a chance to shape customer workflows at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee implementation engagements as product SME
• Develop project plans and lead customer project teams
• Facilitate regular project updates to stakeholders
• Lead change management and train customers

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of Implementation or Customer Success in SaaS
• Deep knowledge of support SaaS products
• Proven track record of high-touch implementations
• Experience managing change management for SMB to MM clients

• Experience with APIs and webhooks
• Consultative problem-solving approach
• Presentation skills for varied audiences
