Description
As a Tech Support Specialist at Shift Technology, you will handle support and project tickets, manage desktop computers and compliance, oversee the badge access system, onboard and offboard users, and deploy applications. You'll be part of the Infrastructure team, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years desktop/help desk support experience
- Familiarity with Windows, Intune, G Suite, Office, Active Directory
- Knowledge of computer security and patch management
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365, G-Suite, Atlassian)
- VPN and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, OSI Model)
