You'll shape how property owners discover PadSplit, understand our value, and onboard their homes. You'll drive growth through funnel optimization and experimentation to accelerate supply. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design host funnel to convert property owners into successful hosts.
• Simplify property setup, pricing, and listing onboarding.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into UX improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and marketers.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital products.
• Research skills to uncover user pain points.
• Figma expertise and interaction design across web and mobile.
• A/B testing and experimentation framework experience.

• Experience with two-sided marketplace platforms.
• AI-powered feature design experience.
• Real estate or property tech domain knowledge.
