🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of data scientists in retention and acquisition marketing
• Oversee production-grade ML models for CLV, segmentation, and attribution

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in data science or analytics
• 5+ years experience in a marketing/customer/revenue data role
• 3+ years managing or mentoring data scientists or analysts
• Bachelor's degree in data science, econometrics, statistics, or related field
